I see quite a few of bloggers that I follow participating in this meme and since I want to become as active as I can and make my way in the book blogging world, I though this was a good thing to do and participate in for my blog.

Site Updates.

I’ve been a busy bee the last few days! I have worked on my site thanks to a support forum for the theme. Ever since I came across NoseGraze thanks to all the various new sites I follow, I have been jealous b/c I want the Twerk Me theme…but I can’t afford the extra one time expense right now. And ever since I found my current layout I feel in love, but since I’m no wiz at code, I had no idea how to change the links and hover links to the colors I wanted. I know some code but not enough to feel comfortable enough to mess with the theme on my own. So, when NoseGraze suggested I ask the theme creators how to fix what I wanted, I was happy. For whatever reason I didn’t think about the theme or creators having a support forum. But they do! So I emailed them and they sent me to the forum. And I didn’t even have to post what I wanted to b/c at least one other person was wanting the same thing that I did. So now, all the links and whatnots are girly colors. I am quite satisfied with how my site looks for now. I do wish I had a different logo, but I’ll work on that later or maybe someone can make one for me. Tell me what you think?

Also in discovering NoseGraze, I have also fell in love with the Ultimate Book Blogger plugin (even though I have yet to purchase it). I want it! Like yesterday. But I can’t afford the extra one time expense at this very moment, but I will get it before the year is over with. I promise!

I have also updated my Reading Challenges 2016 page. I have not only updated the different sections with the (tentative) reading schedule, I have also added another reading challenge. I am now participating in the Read New England reading challenge hosted and created by Lori at The Emerald City Book Review. I wish I had come across it sooner but at least it’s only April and I have time to not feel like I won’t accomplish the whole challenge.

I don’t think I am forgetting anything. Thanks for stopping by and I hope that you’ll continue to do so. I am becoming more involved and confident in myself with this blogging and book blogging, although my book reviews aren’t anything to brag about (yet!) nor have I exactly figured out how to compose them correct.

Anywho. Ta ta for now!
