Autumn #ninjabookswap Reveals!

I recently participated in the Autumn #ninjabookswap which is hosted by Bex. I have to admit that I have not mailed my packages to my two swappers due to health and financial issues. But they will be sent out early this week and I feel horrible that I wasn’t able to get them out in time.

The Autumn #ninjabookswap included two separate swaps – an original swap and a Trick or Treat swap. I participated in both swaps.

Autumn #NinjaBookSwap – Go Sign Up!

Earlier this year I became acquainted with #NinjaBookSwap when I participated in the Valentine’s Ninja Book Swap back in in February. That’s when I met the awesome Sarah @ Flood of Books, etc. who sent me such an awesome package. Of course I didn’t meet Sarah until after I recieved the package, because each person who participates in any swap is partnered with someone completely different from who has them. It’s like a secret Santa thing. It’s really cool and wonderful.

The second time around I participated in the Summer Mini-Swap this past May which was run at the same time as the Persephone Summer Mini-Swap. I did not participate in that one. Although, I could have in addition to the Summer Mini-Swap. The mini-swap I got a book and cute card from Boo @ Boobellina Blogs.

Both times that I have participated in the swaps I have enjoyed shopping for my partners as well as looking forward to what my other partner has in store for me. And each time I have not been disappointed.

So with that said, I have most definitely signed up for the latest Ninja Book Swap which is the Autumn Ninja Book Swapautumn-swap

Some Swapping Has Been Done!

This summer I have gotten to participate in a few swaps. Two of the swaps are finished while one ends next week – Geekgasm Swap. I am looking forward to sending my partner gifts as well as what she has in store for me.

I also hope to be able to be picked to participate in this wonderful swap I heard about several months ago that last for six months – the #OTSPSecretSister Project. From what I can tell it seems like a great experience and great way to lift a fellow sister up with a nice note and cute little gifts. What a wonderful thing the three organizers created.

The two swaps that have already been completed are:

Lovely, Awesome Gifts!!!

Earlier in the week I announced that I was participating in the Books ‘N’ Bloggers Swap and mentioned the #NinjaBookSwap. It was the first time I participated in any such event and particularly the first time so soon in my book blogging journey/career (<—using that term loosely). I was excited about it. The day the package arrive, I was surprised b/c I had forgotten about it in the sense that someone would be sending me something. Oh but it was a happy surprise.

Sarah @ Flood of Books, etc. sent such a lovely package and gifts.
